What is the inventory of industrial and engineering complexes?
The inventory of industrial and engineering complexes is an inspection of existing buildings within the territory of industrial and engineering complexes, an assessment of their condition and the value of movable and immovable property belonging to the respective complexes.
The purpose of the inventory is to determine the actual area of buildings, as well as to identify the facts of independent construction, reconstruction or capital repair of the relevant structures or engineering networks.
Why do you need an inventory?
Mandatory technical inventory is carried out:
- before putting the completed construction facility into operation, including cases after reconstruction, technical re-equipment of existing enterprises, restoration and overhaul;
- before registration of ownership of an unfinished object;
- before the registration with state authorities of the right of ownership of the real estate object, which has changed its initial dimensions since the moment of registration.
In other cases, the inventory is performed at the discretion of the customer.
